Here is a good resource:
www.betterbodybasics.com and do a search with the word "calves" and it will come up with threads related to that.
Another thing: DO NOT do calf raises. I see a lot of people suggesting calf raises but it only makes them bigger. I took that suggestion years ago and all it did was make them bigger and now i'm paying for it trying to de-bulk them.
Also no-no's: duck walking, stair climbing and there is more...
