I have a laptop with a built in wierless internet card. But I have no router and our phone service is off. Sometimes I can connect to Linksys access point and sometimes I can't. I dont understand, Is Linksys supposed to be a free public access point for anyone within range or am I "stealing" someone else's access point such as a neighbor with a Linksys modem? I'm trying to understand how we're getting internet so I can figure out how to keep a good signal.

After a recent fall (2 weeks ago) which severely injured my knee I still have swelling above the kneecap, pain below the kneecap and am unable to completely bend or straighten my leg. How long does this type of injury normally take to improve? An x-ray has revealed no fractures. I also have an area of numbness in my leg following the injury.

What Religion is your Bra?

A man walked into the ladies department of a Sears and shyly walked up
to the woman behind the counter and said, "I'd like to buy a bra for my
wife. What type of bra?" asked the clerk. "Type?" inquires the man,
"There's more than one type? Look around," said the saleslady, as she
showed a sea of bras in every shape, size, color and material
imaginable. "Actually, even with all of this variety, there are really
only four types of bras to choose from. " Relieved, the man asked about
the types. The saleslady replied: "There are the Catholic, the Salvation
Army, the Presbyterian, and the Baptist types. Which one would you
prefer?" Now totally befuddled, the man asked about the differences
between them.

The Saleslady responded, "It is all really quite simple...

The Catholic type supports the masses.

The Salvation Army type lifts the fallen,

The Presbyterian type keeps them staunch and upright, and




The Baptist makes mountains out of mole hills. "

A man walks into a drug store with his 8-year old son. They happen to walk by the condom display, and the boy asks, "What are these, Dad? To which the man matter-of-factly replies, "Those are called condoms son. Men use them to have safe sex."


"Oh I see," replied the boy pensively. Yes, I've heard of that in health class at school." He looks over the display and picks up a package of 3 and asks,

"Cool" says the boy. He notices a 6 pack and asks, "Then who are these for?"

"WOW!" exclaimed the boy, "then who uses THESE?" he asks, picking up a 12 pack. With a sigh and a tear in his eye, the dad replied, "Those are for married men. One for January, one for February, one for March......."

I’ve noticed more and more people opposed to the war daily.*

I’ve noticed more and more people who think abortion should not be legal.*

I’ve noticed more people fighting against illegal immigration then ever before.*

I’m not “A+” in politics. I know what’s going on--but to a certain degree. There seem to be a lot more people on Y!A and just general encounters who know more then me--which is great.

Passion is great--but why do people complain but not change? Why do people who have ideas not present them? What was it about Vietnam that finally pushed people over the edge? What is it about the movements going on in the 60s that people don’t feel today? I don’t think it’s a lack of passion but I can’t quite pin-point it. What do you think?

I have a 3-4 weeks old German Shepherd puppy. And her Ears are floppy. I saw a grown German shepherd he has straight ears standing. It would look not so good with floppy ears. when she grows.
