when the little picture comes up right when your computer comes on you know with the manufacurers emblem comes up there might an alternet f key you have to press (so no other companys tech support can fix it over the phone probbibly) there should be a message that says something about BIOS and a message that sayes something like "alrtnat startup" or "safe mode" (duh) now this message will be fast (wait untill windows starts to load before hitting the reset button) in fact if you turn it off at that exact time right before the moving line of squares appers then i'ttl think that the load failed due to other reasons and will bring up a menu that you can acess safe mode from too) once the menu comes up then higlight safemode then ittle say something labout wisler (win xp's codename i think) hit enter and some text will scroll and then a low color version of windows will start. also once you get passed the safe mode message there will be an adminastrator account named adminastrator (how origanal!) and all the non admin accounts will be missing, the adminastator account wont have a password on it (if this is a laptop you should consiter puting on on it) and your other adminastator accounts will be there
oh 2 AM i better go to bed bye bye and this should help..nomatter how scatterbrained it is
