its the command you use to get into the registry to edit it. If you do make sure you make a backup copy first because it is the inner workings of your pc and one mistake can screw your pc up.I'd recommend you leave it alone since you dont know anything about it.

It is a command for editing your registry (which is the main part of the pc). Most people who can deal with it are people who have learned computers from DOS and command prompt.
Windows has an easy way to do it by just going to "start" "run" and then typing "regedit" in the command line. It brings up your registry files, but unless you are really computer literate I wouldn't fool with them. A mistake can really mess up your system.

It is a windows program to repair your registry. REG(registry)EDIT(edit)
The program is meant for use by people who have some knowledge about computers and is to be used only if you have problems with running of windows.
I dont reccomend that you should use this program as it can ruin your windows installatin and you might need to reinstall windows.
There are several free programs that can do an automatic registry cleaning.
