It would be pretty if you set up some clear, blue or green glass bowls filled with sand and white candles, hang starfish (bought from a craft store), scatter seashells and beachglass (also available in bags for little money at craft stores) in pretty bunches on tables, maybe leave on some kind of strobe light and dim the regular lighting, purchase a fishing net and hang from your ceiling and suspend more starfish and other pretty seashells inside it. Hanging some clear Christmas lights throughout the net would also look pretty and give a nice mood to the party. You could hang some travel posters of the Bahamas and other exotic locations or hang blue paper if you prefer. An old chest or trunk could be lined with a waterproof material and then filled with ice and bottles of whatever drinks you're serving and it could be like a treasure chest. Once your imagination gets going you won't be short of ideas. Good luck and Happy Birthday to you.

Well obviously your main colors are going to be blue and green.

Try getting tissue paper and rolling it into a flower and stick them on the wall. You coudl also use blue/green mini balloons and do the same thing. Get some Little Mermaid music since it's an under the sea theme.

If your parents let you get messy, you can have glitter and sprinkle it on everything. Drink some blue/green Kool-Aid.

Happy birthday

Blue and green balloons for bubbles, bubble makers set out all over for the guests to blow bubbles, tumbleweeds spray painted coral colors, starfish here and there, fish shapes from cardboard or magazines up on your walls with double sided tape, a directional sign to atlantis, candy sushi, fish shaped cheese crackers, a big aluminum foil hook hanging from the ceiling, ocean sounds, pretty blue punch with goldfish shaped ice cubes...bluegreen frosted cake, with pretty coral designs.
