Whats the best way to get the onion smell out of your hands after cutting up onions??

My mom has had a maytag washer and dryer for like 20 some years and she has had no Problems
For my wedding present I recived a Maytag Neptune wahser and Dryer
I have been hearing things that Whirpool had to buy out Maytag and maytag had been sued becauseof quality issues
Anyone heard this??? Should I be worried about this issue?

I just received notification of a levy from my employer for $2100 dollars owed on state income tax (my employer screwed up my paperwork when I moved here from another state) I tried making payment arrangements and was unable to keep them due to some unforseen financial issues I have been having. Does anyone know if I call the Levy officer, is it possible that they will work with me and remove the levy? I cannot pay my living expenses if they levy my check. I am not in any way trying to avoid this. I do want to pay it. Any advice would be appreciate. If anyone knows specifics for Arizona, even better.

I know the standard advice is that a person needs 7 hours or so of sleep per night, but what happens in the long term if this isn't possible? Say if someone only gets five hours of sleep on average a night for years because they have a busy life/career? What happens in this situatiion, Does the body ever adapt to a shorter sleep period?

At what age did your children stop taking naps?
I have a 4 year old that doesn't take naps, but can't remember when she stopped. I also have a 22 month old that usually takes about an hour nap everyday, but for the past few days has not been taking a nap, and gets VERY cranky by about 7 pm, which is too late for her to take a nap, or she would be up all night. We have not been doing anything different, such as going out shopping and such, and I am a stay at home mom, so she can always go lay in bed for her nap, which is what she usually does.

Is it safe to take Xanax just when you feel you need it. I have a prescription for .5 mg and I just use maybe half of that when I feel I need it or to help me fall asleep. Does anyone else do this?
