a custom one. like of anyone i want. is there a place i could go like kinkos or something?

Kinkos is not that expensive. Twenty dollars or less and get
the materials and assemble it yourself. You will need foam
board, the original poster thick print, tacks, tube of airplane
glue, matte glue, and two large framing lengths of wood. If
you must buy all these separately, though I would ask for
what comes with the price, like more copies or whatever.
There is such a thing in this one as shopping and compare
prices, though Kinkos is a good example.

Find a company that specializes in displays and graphics for trade shows, marketing purposes, etc. Kinkos may have the ability to print a lifesize picture and mount it on foamcore or something more sturdy, but I'm not sure they can do the cutout.
