A scot pulled up and said he thought the engine might be flooded.
I asked "are you a mechanic?"
He said "NO, I'M A MCTAVISH"

A while later another drunken scotsman asked me what was wrong, I said "Piston Broke"
He Replied "AND SO AM I"

So I flagged another motorist down and asked if he could help me,
he said "I'm not a mechanic, I'm a chiropodist"
So I asked "well can you give me a toe?"

When I was in elementary school, my neighbors had a Bouvier. Sweetest dog in the world if you were in their house. Try walking past the yard though and you were in trouble.

That's the only time in my life I've ever seen that kind of dog and I've never heard it mentioned in dog circles....and that was 30 years ago! Is this breed still around? I'm not interested in getting one, I just wonder why it isn't common around here and if it thrives somewhere else. Anyone own one of these dogs? Do they all live in France? LOL...

am a teacher and I am about to start reading a book with my class called monster where a teenager is sent to jail. I am trying to find out facts about life in prison to discuss with my students. What is life in prison like? How long does the average inmate stays in jail? What is the daily routine? Is there really abuse? Is it reported often? Thanks!

I am 12 weeks pregnant and work in a doctors office, where sometimes I have to lift boxes that are kind of heavy I would guess like 30-40 pounds. How much is safe suring pregnancy. I do not have any other children, but wonder if it safe to pick up my 50 pound nephew. Thanks for any feedback :)

I had my life figured out i would be with my girlfriend i would leave my home town it was all planed i planed it out so well so perfect but slowly by little everything got damaged girlfrined left me i am now a looser got no true friends i am in college getting my education but got no friend just my family and got no girl

I have a 3 bed victorian semi on the outskirts of gloucester city. it has living room, seperate dining room, huge kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 utility toilet room, partially converted attic room, 60ft private rear garden with gated side access(already improved all it can be). we have gas central heating, and double glazing already. there is not room available for garage - on road parking only. Make an estimate of the resulting change in the length of the day. (Concern has been expressed that warming the atmosphere resulting from industrial pollution could cause the ice caps to melt.)

Would you use any formulas to solve this? Can you show your work? I happen to know the answer is the days would be longer by about 0.8 s. Good Luck!

When I started this job I had certain things I had to do. Now they have piled more things on top of that and it gets very frustrating. Especially when they get ill because something isn't done.
