I would like to attract clients to hire me to write their business plans. Is there a market for business plan writers? I have owned and sold 6 companies (for nice profits) and have attracted investors to each company via my business plans. I have also had several companies who had seen my work hire me to write their plans. My biggest client was Sun Micro. One of the plans I generated was 78 pages! I would like to write business plans for more companies and am truly one of the best plan writers out there. How would I go about finding people that need business plans written? Should I advertise on Craigslist or have a website developed with a list of my services? I am also a marketing wiz when it comes to putting new companies on the map. I am great with slogans and am also able to get these plans into the hands of hundreds of investors. I am the best when it comes to market analysis, strategy & implementation, financial plan, profit/loss, cash flow, benchmarks, ratios etc...

When we play pool it happens that many times my friend pots his balls before me and is only left with black ball. Many times the black ball is behind the D-line (from where we break), in those situations if i am left with more than 2 balls then i commit foul i.e i pot the cue ball directly so that my friend cant hit black ball directly.
He says that i am playing negative game, but i believe am just using one of the features of the game. What do you guys say?

I rent and the land lord was over trying to fix the hot water tank he said it only takes 5 minutes to empty the hot water tank. He said I should put on a water saver and that would cure the problem. The tank is on the hottest setting. Any ideas if the tank might be bad? He emptied it several times and refilled it. Ive lived here a year and never had a problem before.

i dont have a boyfriend, and i dont want to have one, and i dont want to give myself that chance, and i dont want anyone to fall for me, even my crush,

I lost my mother over 10 years ago and was very sad for a long time but seemed to get on with my life.I also lost the only sibling I had to a massive cornary at age 44.That was over 20 years ago. I was devistated with both deaths and felt I had grieved but then we were evicted from our homes in New Orleans in Katrina but were some of the lucky ones.We moved to a place that is really beautiful but since we have been here I have been dwelling on my families deaths alot.I have been diagnosed with post tramatic stress disorder and see a therapist often.That isnt the issue here,I just don't know why I seem to be thinking about their deaths al the time and miss them more than I ever have.Has it all just caught up with me now since Katrina or did Katrina just bring it to life and I dwell on it? I feel so very alone and im not alone I just feel lost.I have my wife and children but all the people that were my role models are gone,Why do I feel this way ?

My friend rents an apt. in a house being sold. The landlord and real estate agents have come at all hours of the day and night to show her apt. to prospective buyers. Does anyone know What rights she may have to require landlord/agents to give a resonable amount of notice (in hours or days) BEFORE someone enters her apt.? Where can I find this information?

My mother in law shouted at me for wearing my nighty around the house. She says that she could see the outline of my breas*ts/panti*es thru the satin material. At the same time, i wear mini skirts/tank tops in front of everybody. She is fine with that. why?

Again she says that my inners after washing cant be put in the common clothesline (specially my satin inners). She puts her inners there.

I have seen her go bra-less inside the house many times...her bazooka's flopping around.. .and she is a "larger woman" than me...but if i go bra-less even during evenings(i am petite)- she goes crazy.

She says my father in law and brother in law will "look" at me. Why will they?? If they are doing wrong, shout at THEM..why me?

Is she a psycho case??? What is wrong with her??

this guy has been chasing me for ages and ages. he asked me out when i was in my serious relationship.i obviously said no. i do like him tho. anyway, i ended my serious relatonship a few months back(not cause of this guy) and have since meet up with this guy "by chance" out in town. we have only kissed eachother. why wont he ask me out on a date?its always by "chance" that we meet.is he afraid that ill reject him again?
