I was involved in a car accident and neither party has accepted responsability. I think the total cost of damage to repair both cars is £1500. I would like to know what is the liklyhood of this going to court. The accident was not my fault but i would prefer to aviod going to court. I am considering just conceeding the case so i can avoid going to court.

For my History exam tommorow? We have only had a day to revise everything we have learnt in the past year and a half. I can not do it all night because I have to go to a Sixth Form open Evening. Therefore I only have 2 and a half hours to do it all and maybe an hour when I get back!!! HELP!?!!!!

Got flashed by a speed camera a couple of weeks ago. She was doing about 10 miles over the speed limit (silly cow) but she's never been 'got' before. She asked me how much I thought the fine would be, but, as I cant drive I haven't got a clue.

Have you ever been 'got' by a speed camera? If so, how much was the fine? Is it a set amount for all speeding offences?

Also, as it happened a couple of weeks ago, she thinks she's got away with it as she hasn't heard anyhthing about it yet, but i'm not so sure. Do these things take time to come through?

Are guys really more visual than girls? Or .. are girls turned on too looking at a naked guy, but just hide it better. It seems to me, girls have no interest in seeing a guy or watching porn as much as guys like to watch. My son is 2 years old. He refuses to eat vegetables of any type. Actually, there aren't many foods that he will eat at all. I know a lot of it is just plain stubbornness, but he will gag and get sick on a few things. I've tried praising him, offering him treats if he will just try something. I do spank my child for other offenses, but I don't think this is appropriate in this case because it is such an issue with him. I don't want to give him a complex or anything. I give him vitamins and the occasional pediacare shake, but I know this isn't enough. He will eat bananas and apples, but that's all the fruits he will eat. Am I doing okay? Should I just relax and wait til he grows up a bit?
