What is the point of all these tests, what kind of messages are these countries sending to the world?

Iran is a terrorist state that has proclaimed that it wishes to destroy Israel. Nuclear weapons would give them the opportunity to do so, heaven forfend. Their statement about nuclear fuel is a lie.
If Israel does indeed have a nuclear capability, it will use it only as a last resort, after a first strike by some other power.
Iran is the biggest threat to the West today, and their military capability must be curbed by the West.
In addition, individual terrorists must be eliminated--if necessary by engaging them and killing them.

I would say that they are close to being a nuclear power. The message they are sending to the world is get ready, here we come. Something should have been done about this a long time ago. Clearly talking is not working, and is only delaying the inevitable.

I have been fore seeing this for some time now. Iran is ready to explode its atom bomb. so the string of nuclear nations from Iran,Pakistan china and North Korea will be ready to tackle the rest of the world
