So i just came back from the gyn, and none of my problems have been answered. I have been spotting on and off since my last LIGHT period, and as of today I am 2 days late.

I tell the good ol doctor this, and she doesn't give me a blood test like I feel like I need, she gives me a urine test for pregnancy which of course comes up negative. SHe procedes to do the pap, but then she says she can't really do it because of all the blood. What? I am not on my period, and I only see blood when I wipe. What is going on??? She took some samples and I don't know the results yet, but she gave me a prescription to stop the bleeding.

I really feel as if I am pregnant, because my body has never been through all the changes it has been through within the last month and it doesnt feel like I am coming on my period anytime soon. Has anyone else gone through this? What else could be the cause of my problems (nausea, spotting, tiredness, pelvic cramping)?

Maybe a new doctor is needed, what do u think?

My two year old son peed in the toilet, then put a stuffed football in it and tried to flush. He somehow managed to flood the bathroom and the hallway. Now, I can't get the nasty smell out no matter how much I shampoo and febreeze. Any suggestions, or do we have to just rip the carpet and padding up and lay new???

if you lose a loved one senselessly, suddenly in an accident, tragically (freak or act of nature) or when you are grieving, the friends of the same faith gave your no help.......

would you lose your faith in your God?(religious)
or in yourself? (atheist) & in life in general?
OR would you bounce back & be more fervent.

If you love something, set it free. If it comes back, it was
and always will be yours. If it never returns, it was never
yours to begin with. If, however, it just sits in your living
room, messes up your stuff, eats your food, uses your
telephone, takes your money, and never appears to have noticed
that you actually set it free in the first place, you either
married it or gave birth to it!

Ok well while I was pregnant I gained 42lbs. My son is now 4 months, I am breastfeeding and I have lost 55lbs. I'm not saying this too be like "look at me I'm sooo skinny." I am serious!! I am losing hair, but I feel like I have enough energy to pass it out freely to other mothers and the weight loss is out of control. What's wrong??

What do other mom's give their kids if they can't tolerate milk? Do I continue with stage 2 formula's? I know I am supposed to limit the juice, but he's starting to only want that, and I want to curb that habit quickly!! He doesn't seem to want water. Awaiting our doctor visit, need some ideas in meantime!

I was 7 mos pregnant when my motherinlaw came to "help"us for the next 6 months. Listening to her criticism of others and watching her odd behavior, it landed me two times of admission to the birthing place for high blood pressure--who then became pre-ecclampsia--and then lastly, have my son born at 8 months! And, more painfull things come after that...then she went home when my baby was 5 mos old. But after 4 mos, she's back! For another 6 mos! While staying with us, she rearrange everything in my place, telling me what to do and cook for my son and my son.She treats my husband like she is a very doting wife of him, and treat my son like her own not mine. Everything makes me feel like: I do not need to do anything anymore, just go satisfy my husband in bed when needed!

I need advice. I missed 4 years of secondary school and ended up getting G grades in my GCSEs (apart from a D/C grade in English)
i was suffering severe depression after losing my grandmother and also school phobia but no-one got me any help. i was also suffering neglect at home.
after I sat my GCSEs no-one really got me any help...and as a consequence i very stupidly sat at home until I was 18.
I am so scared.....because I don't even know how to cook, use a washing machine, use public transport etc.....
Can I fix this situation by using Home tuition? If so then how should I go about this? how would I know how to arrange the sujects/which subjects to take/how many hours? I am imagining that it would take me 5 years of home education to catch up (I'd be 23 by this time) before I could sit my GCSEs. How would this work?
Who would teach me though? my dad would probably be working for most of the day, my mum is terminally ill :'(
and my dad says that he couldn't afford to pay for pay for home tuition(could he not get a better job or we move into a smaller house?) also...what if my dad refused to let me have home tuition?
I have loooked at doing GCSEs at college...but i don't see how it could ever work..theyonly cover work from the last 2 years of school...and I missed years and years of work even from before then...so I wouldn't understand the content of the course
also...I wouldn't have a clue how to put a programme of GCSEs together/link the subjects....or how to learn stuff such as how to write a cv, use a bus, cook etc....
or have a clue about careers/jobs etc....
my only other option is an entry level course for complete dim-wits(sorry) I feel physically sick. even if I did this I most likely still wouldn't get any support at home.....
What on earth am i going to do? Would home education work? HELP!!!!!!
I live in England
