In short (excuse the pun), no. In fact, they are herbal and thus not evaluated by the FDA.
By the way, speaking as a 53 year old guy, I can tell you that with most women, size doesnt matter. In fact, one woman I talked to told me her husband was hung like a horse and she hadnt had an orgasm in months. It's not the size of the boat, but the motion of the ocean.
