She was leaving a grocery store and got rear end by a truck, the driver then got out and started cursing at her. She had to spend a couple days in the hospital. What can she do? Does the other persons insurance cover her since it wasn't her fault. Can she sue for damages or what? Any advice would be appreciated.

Can any one please help with anywhere to even find help?
Have been cna for past 27 years am off work 3 mo. do to back surgery Disk in my lower back collapsed had spinal fusion on 3 levels L5 through L3 and stabililizer at L2 and L1 Last month I called every church in phone book for help with billsOut of all the churches I found 2 to help with rent and elec also go to churches for food am uneligible for unemployment as i am unable to work you have to be able and available for work to get unemployment I will be returning to my job in jan My rent is due for this month and I have no where to turn for help As cna I live paycheck to paycheck. can anyone please help. rent is $550 I'll worry about next month next month. any thing will help even a dollar. I know this isn't what this site is for but I don't know what else to do. I have a 1991 Caprice with a 5.0 v8. The car has been taken care of emaculately!, However when the car reaches full opp. temp. and I try to start out from a dead stop the entire ignition system cuts in and out. I have checked the fuel pump, replaced the distributer cap, rotor, wires, ignition mod. , coil, ignition swich, all filters and the problem persists! The car starts good even in cold weather and idols smooth. the engine is in good shape it burns no oil or makes any strange sounds. Its driveing me crazy!!!! I have also checked all ignition wires to and from the distributer but found no falts. anyone have any ideas????

My son is so hyper, and he just will not listen. He is stressing me and my marriage out and the fact that he looks just like his father from a previous relationship does not help. His dead beat dad is about 40 states away so my husband has taken on the role of being his father. My son is very smart (and he has a smart mouth) but he will not buckle down to do his work and he cannot stay focused. I cannot teach him to tie his shoes for nothing which is a requirement at his school for kindergarden. He ruins every pair of shoes within days of us buying them. I used to have so much patience with him. I haven't had as much time with him because of a new husband and baby. We have been married for over 2 years now. Is he still acting out because of that or is he just being a five year old? Am I the only parent at her wits end? Does anyone know a good way to teach him to tie his shoes? It was easier to potty train him. HHHHHHEELLLLPPP!!!!

i am 21,i should have come on on the 10th nov but nothing not even any related symptons. i am usually extremally regular never been different from the age of 12. I am trying for a baby but this month i know i have been less stressed than normal. i have taken 2 tests but both negative. i just am worried that if im not pregnant there could be something wrong with me. i do have a few symptons i feel nauseaus all the time i dont fancy any of my favorite food anymore and man dont i pee alot (but i have been told it is too early to pee alot)

The engine I'm not worried about. I plan on dropping in a 350 with some current modifications. I'm concerned about body parts. Metal panels and thing such as window cranks and whatever. Are they still readily available? Am I going to have to scour junk yards and Ebay or is there a company who makes new OEM parts?
