I read all the time about people receiving "miner injuries", but surely with all the health and saftey laws, the days of pit props falling on people and coal dust getting in your eyes should be behind us. I read in the paper today about a car crash where the driver had miner injuries. What on earth was he doing driving a car down a pit shaft!!

My husband and i have been together three years and married a year and a half. He has never wanted to have children i found this out after we were married unfortunatley.He had a vasectomy done so it would never happen. I had no say but respected his wishes and hoped one day to convice him to get it reversed or to adopt since i was 22 and thought i had plenty of time to convince him and i loved my husband enough to go along with it. Something went wrong with the vasectomy and now i am 7 months pregnant with his child.At first he did not even believe it was his till a doctor confirmed it had (vas) reversed itself.I feel like i am in a living hell my husband hates me.He has become verbally abusive and wont talk to me.He changed the locks on our home and left my things outside with my dog.I dont have any family in houston my family is in NJ so i am living with one of his friends.

According to several sources, Beyonce and Eva are making a movie about a lesbian love affair. Supposedly its going to be very graphically. What are your opinions. Personally, I would prefer two real lesbians than these talentless attention whores. But I'm sure this will be the movie of the year for most straight guys

I want to chemically straighten my hair but I'm not sure if its a good idea. I only want to do it once. Just to see what its like. My hair is really wavey to curly. Does it make your hair like super sleek? Or just very nice. I have thick hair so will it make almost super thin looking.. Im just looking for answers before I spend my money.

In college football today the BCS is one of the biggest mistakes that has ever been made. Its perception of strength of schedule is so biased toward teams like USC but who do they really play. Most seasons like this year the SEC is one of the hardest conferences. IF you dont agree with that then what about teams like LSU, Tennessee, Auburn, Flordia, Arkansas, etc. I mean all these teams are top calibure. USC plays BS teams and lost to a school that was not even ranked. Tennessee vs. Cal this year showed the weakness of there conference. It ws 35 to zip Tennessee in the first. Then Cal dominates there conference the rest of the year. Call it what you want i'm just tired of seeing teams that are not worthy of being there in the championship. I think an 8 team playoff or something like college basketball would be better than what we have, but if we stay with what we have then something needs to be done about the BCS, & teams like Rutgers that are undefeated also desere a shot.

I have found the specific gravity of Amyl acetate, it is 0.876g/cm3. I have been asked to make a 0.04%w/v solution of amyl acetate in water. How would i go about doing this since the density is different to water. How exactly would i weigh out the amyl acetate. Please help me out. Thank you.

Ever since I found out I was pregnant I have been having a dull pain in my pelvic area. It is just like the ache I get when my period is due. Is this normal? It comes and goes. This is my first pregnancy and this is all new to me. I am not sure if this is just part of my body changing or something to be worried about.
