Okay, so I like this guy and he likes me (he flirts and teases me all the time, and I'm the only one he does it with). However, I don't think he understands that I like him. I have tried flirting and chatting with him, but nothing seems to work. What should I do? Any tips? If I must ask him out, how should I do it?

Well you could just tell him how you feel, Just say hey I like you and I think that we should go out, or that you think that you should go out on a date. I know that that is how I got together with my currect boyfriend (we have been together for 5 years). We went to a convention and halfway through it some goofy guy tried to flirt with me and I didn't say anything to the guy and Then I talked to my (now) B/f and we decided that it should really be a date and we have been together since.

Michelle, I don't think you have any problem here. Just a simple pick-up line such as "...hey, what about going out together to watch...(a movie, a show...etc).... tonight, or tomorrow night ... Just a night out together is all what you need, and you'll be hooked in a priceless love and every other thing shall follow....your guess is as good as mine (lol). Happy love celebration in advance.

If that guy was me, I'd say just tell him. But,since there are probably NO females out here like that, it'd be harder to give you an answer on that one. Heck, why don't you just try the approach meant for me? Just tell him!!

how old are you and where do you know him from?

Just ask him if he's seen some movie, or if he likes to ENTER RANDOM DATE ACTIVITY HERE and if he says no i havnt seen that movie or yes i do like to do whatever say that you two should do it together this weekend. It's casual but it's a date :)
