I have personally tried these two.
Works wonders.
Yucky way- Drink bloody mary.
No fuss- Vitamin B. Pop one tablet and drink water. Followed by rest.
Next time if you are planning to drink, take 2 vitamin b pills first.

There is debate about whether a hangover might be prevented or at least mitigated. It has been speculated that imbibing even more alcohol than consumed the night before will vanquish the hangover, the so-called "hair of the dog" remedy. The most important thing to remember though, is that there is no remedy for making yourself sober. Alcohol must be oxidized through the liver before it leaves your body. A four page literature review in British Medical Journal on hangover cures by Max Pittler of the Peninsular Medical School at Exeter University and colleagues concludes: "No compelling evidence exists to suggest that any conventional or complementary intervention is effective for preventing or treating alcohol hangover. The most effective way to avoid the symptoms of alcohol induced hangover is to practice abstinence or moderation." However, only eight interventions were reviewed.
You can review lots of possible remedies over @ Wikipedia.org

Fresh orange juice and lots of it.(Tropicana) Loads of water for the rest of the day. Get some scran down your neck (good old breakfast roll should do the trick) a couple of bananas and some milk thistle. Get some shuteye and you should be right as rain. Lay off the booze for a day or two to let yourself get over it properly.
A couple of paracetamol after your scran should bring some relief as well.
Helen M is also right, the Bru (full fat not diet) seems to sort out a hangover in no time. But try the healthy stuff first!

A good hangover cure...
1. Drink WATER- YOU are dehydrated
2. Take vitamin C and vitamin B- your body has used up most of your supply trying to process the alcohol
3. Eat simple carbohydrates [white pasta, crackers, white bread]- no need to strain your digestive system even further...
4. Go back to sleep...by drinking too much last night you have interfered with you deep sleep patterns. Even though you stayed in bed for ten hours, you are probably still tired....

Check this out mate, feel better soon ;)
* Consume foods and drinks that contain fructose (such as fruit juice or honey). There is some evidence that fructose will help your body burn the alcohol faster -- that is, get the alcohol out of your body faster.
* Eat well, if possible. Bouillon soup is good for replacing salt and potassium depleted by drinking alcohol.
* Most hangovers are gone within 24 hours. Rest is recommended. Remember, even if you feel good the morning after heavy drinking, your ability to perform at your best will be diminished due to the residual effects of alcohol.

An egg and bacon sandwich - Boots or Pret all-day breakfast or similar; a can of ice-cold full-fat Coke; salt and vinegar crisps, three Nurofen and lots of still water.
Works - or rather, worked - for me every time, until I quit drinking; that's the only failsafe hangover cure!! ;-)

don't drink coffee or tea as they contain caffeine, which is a stimulant and it will actually make you feel worse, (according to Dr. Chris Steel of the this morning programme) you need to drink loads of water, maybe a glass of fresh orange, for the vitamin c, have a couple of paracetamol, a slice of lightly buttered toast, then see if you can go for a short walk, good luck

It is definitely good to have some water and some food. The food will help absorb any alcohol left in your body and the water will help hydrate yourself. I recommend something with potatoes in it.
