Of course, every day live your life in a way that you will not have any regrets at the end of your life, make that a goal, and you will have peace of mind.

I'd say it's a pretty vague goal to strive for. Given all the troubles in this world that need resolution, I would say being at peace requires studied ignorance. Being serene while positively engaging the conflict and tragedy would be a worthy talent.

No, not as a goal... if you do everything all right, then peace of mind should come naturally and just as a calming and normal side-effect. Setting peace of mind as a goal kills creativity. So, my answer is: NO.
Instead of peace of mind, one should strive for the right way and correctness, in my opinion.

Peace of mind is not a worthy goal to strive for.

Pece of mind is a gift promised to us from Jesus Christ, our Lord. We are to receive it in faith and with thanksgiving!!

Praise God for this marvelous gift!!!

At least for someone it is worth doing. Imagine if everyone will have it, do you not think its worth a goal to strive for? Increasing numbers always start from one.

Peace of mind is beyond me. I am not worthy because I can't stop feeling what I feel. So I have to live in turmoil, pain and sadness.....

It most certainly is. If we all had peace of mind then there wouldn't be so many prejudices in this world as we would all be secure in our own lives.
