perfectly normal! :) no worries! Beardies go into what they call Brumation. This is a hibernation state every winter (depending on where you live). He will stop eating, and lay around sleeping all day, try not to disturb him while he is sleeping. Allow him a place to hide and sleep during brumation. He will wake up soon. Some beardies brumate longer than others; i have heard anywhere from one week to 2 months. Just let him sleep, and he will wake up hungry when he wakes up! I know you will miss him, i miss Toad, my beardie, when he brumates.

yes its normal it could think hes out in the wild and wants to try to go sleep all winter
