Lack of knowledge on there part. They do not care to understand and so they stay with what others have told them to be the truth. They do not have the longing to find their own answers. Ignorance is a comfortable place for some people. They don't run the risk of finding out that EVERYTHING they have ever believed in may be WRONG! And they are not ready to handle that..

Honey! It's pretty much a part of life. You have a worldwide of different people. Do you actually think that we're all going to conduct ourselves in the same mannerisms? That's where the levels of IQ's comes from. And then you have people with disabilities such as Autism, Down Syndromes etc. No one is the same in every respect of the word. Not unless their really some type of robot and you can just command them to do the same thing at the same time. Why wonder if people are these things. You just worry about you! As long as you're not judgmental or stupid, let the rest of the world carry on and you just ignore it.

Mostly because they are insecure and uptight, and sometimes, just plain stupid. Or maybe just impulsive, and they speak and act without thinking. Impulsive can be outgrown (with maturity) but stupid is usually forever.
