Once you get there how do you get out?

every now and then when i have a louder/more violent sneeze, i get a pain down both arms..... from the elbows to the wrists...... does anyone know why?

I dont know if this is even the appropriate forum to ask this in....

Last night I tried calling my fiance. Couldnt reach him for a few hours. It was an emergency so I needed to reach him asap. I knew he would prob be at the coffee shop studying so I drove to the coffee shop and thought I would catch him there. No big deal.
When I pull into the parking lot and as im walking past a restaraunt right beside the coffee shop I see him sitting there having dinner with a woman. So I walk in and confront him. Maybe I should have trusted him and not said anything and waited. But I couldnt help it.Come to find out he met a bunch of people from work because they just closed a big deal and they were all having dinner and they ended up being the last two to leave. This girl was his intern. I am completely humiliated. What would you women do? Would you believe him if hes never given you a reason to not trust before? I am so confused and hurt. I dont know what to think.

Now, under their misrule and neglect, South Africa has deterioated into an apocalypse state of crime and sickness, as they hide behind the past and blame everything on the 'West' or on colonialism or apartheid.
AIDS is America's fault, because we're not doing enough to help out. The crime is the 'legacy of apartheid' and every fresh atrocity is happening because SA is an 'emerging democracy'.

wat the heck is going on with ebay and ps3!!!! people r paying $$$1000$$$ + for a stupid game console that proberly only cost sony 200 bucks to make!!! my question is y would people do that? do they think once it comes out it will be $3000+ on ebay??? in my opinon people can be plain stupid. wat do u think?

My soon to be 9 year old son has a hard time focusing on his schoolwork. He gets distracted by any little thing. Any sound will distract him, his younger sister making any sound will distract him, etc. He's used to sounds and I've never kept a quiet house. It's just the distraction issue. He hates doing schoolwork. I have tried using timers to help him focus, but that just agitates him and keeps him from working as well. I do not have the television on, so that is not an issue either. Are there any good ideas I can try to help him keep focused on his schoolwork?

In the new Carrie Underwood song she talks about her boyfriend cheating and how she is going to mess up his truck.

In case you don't know the song, it goes:

My God, is that not psycho?? Leave the poor guy's truck alone!

I am a lifelong closeted cd/tv/tg. I began dressing at age 5 but having learned it is "wrong" ive suppressed, gone through the purge cycle,in general have had a negative self view and now that Im getting older, the feeling that I should be a woman is becoming unbearable. I can clearly envision having a female body as well as using it :). I am only seeking answers from others with experience.

I need new ideas for dinner. I hate this froo-froo food everyone is making now. I want something that picky eaters are gong to eat and enjoy, if i put something like "Braised cicken with fennel and white beans" or "Orange tomato shrimp veracurz" on the table at my house, they would look at me like i was crazy and heat up some spaghettio's.
