Unfortunatly my friend you can't gain height, you are only 15 so that means you may still be growing, you can strenghthen your bones by drinking milk, Vitamin D promotes bone health and that is the only thing I can think of to help you reach your maximum height potential....also since you are still young you should be working on your game instead of your height, I would work on my off hand as much as I could, and your handles, you are ideal height for a point guard right now but you may grow into a shooting guard and maybe fwd. Just concentrate on your game and the rest will take care of itself.

It's all in your genes but there are a few things you can do to maximize your height.
Make sure your vitamins, minerals (remember the vit. and miner. metabolize and move out of the body approx. every 4 hours; so morning and afternoon 2 times a day) and amino acid are sufficient and that you get plenty of sleep. The 'growth hormone' which is responsible for growth is only released in the sleep cycle. Also remember testosterone will stop bone growth so do not do any kind of Testost. supplements.
Also 'think' ... yes! 'think' and 'feel' tall and do visualization exercise through out the day and night. In other words 'See' yourself Tall (select a definite height that is realistically obtained. Do the above things especially right as you are going to sleep each time). The cells of your body has 'consciousness' and they will outpicture what you think, see and feel. Remember it is not necessary to be tall to play basketball. All that is necessary is TO MAKE A BASKET EACH TIME YOU MAKE A SHOT. The same exercises can be used to obtain this objective also.
If you will do these procedures diligently over the next 3-5 years you will be 2-3 " taller than you would without doing them.

I would say you are probably going to grow just naturally. There are no known ways to eat to grow taller. By just going by what you said about your parents I would say that I can't see you getting much taller.(You may want to look into your familly history and see what the heights of people in your family were as you might have someone in there that is taller than you)
You have to remember you still have some growing years ahead of you and really 6'1" isn't short. There are alway going to be people taller, heavier and stronger, just like there will be people shorter, lighter and weaker than you. You should work on strengthening skills and practice drills to make you a tougher opponent in the position you play. It's not all about height in basketball (I think Nash has proven that!) it's skill and talent and you would be better off looking in that direction to make you a better ball player than hoping for a "miracle" growth food!

Keep playing basketball and in your situation it could serve as two birds in one shot - pick up good basketball playing skills and put on height at the same time! You may also do some stretching exercise regularly. Consumption of any particular food may not be of any use in this connection! Keep trying, sky is the limit!

You cannot gain "Height" my friend, unless you would like to grow horizontally. You have your short parents to blame for that.
If you are already 6'1" you have already beaten your parents! Be thankfull you didn't take after your 'mum'. :)
It's genetics! Not rocket science...
