Smile - it makes you look good and feel good inside. As for dressing. Wear what makes you feel groovy. Adapt your own style. Go to Value Village (second hand store) and root around for some cools clothes. 80% of my wardrobe comes from there. I always get compliments on what I wear.

U should definitely:
Make a list of the things that you like best about yourself.
Then if some of the things are physical, accentuate them with a flattering style of dress, a nice flattering hair cut or pretty make up. It's not vain to care what you look like. If that were the case, anyone who looked in a mirror before leaving their house, washed up, brushed their teeth, or combed their hair would be totally shallow.
If you have things that are not physical, and I think you probably have both, then practice at doing these things so that you can become pro.

If you have that sparkle in your eyes and that beautiful smile on your lips along with an original/unique, smart, confident and outgoing or mysterious personality.. that is what really makes someone attractive!
But ok, if you mean specifically PHYSICALLY.. then you can try things like:
Go to a clothing store and try one of everything, and see what makes you feel comfortable. Usually girls know right away what makes them feel good and what doesn't.
Accesorize; belts, jewellery, hairwear, scarves, nice boots, trendy shoes, hats, gloves etc. (Ardene, Claire's..)
Try wearing bold and bright colors if you don't already!
Color coordinate, try to match colors well so you don't wear clashing colours!
*FYI there is nothing unattractive about casual wear.. just so you know!

Why do you have to be MORE attractive? Anyway, if you want to spice yourself up, upgrade and don't go so casual--find some elegant daywear, something that's somewhat glitzy, but functional for everyday stuff. If you want any ideas, try Lucky Magazine on the web: www.luckymag.com

You can still dress casual but add some accessories and accents to your wardrobe! You'd be amazed at how far a metallic beaded scarf can take you!! Accessorize girl! You'll never be more attractive than when you're confident and comfortable with yourself.

Well, if all you want is superficial attractiveness, then get a plastic surgeon to fix your body, a stylist to do your hair, a cosmetic expert to paint your face and a manicurist to fix those nails.
Of course, real beauty comes from within.
Do you have that?
If you are comfortable with WHO you are more than HOW you look, you will ALWAYS be beautiful, feel better about yourself and
have people wanting to be around you.

You can try wearing bolder colors, and bolder things. Like maybe a big belt or cute jewelry. Try plucking your eyebrows if you're not doing that already. CHange up your makeup style. Try some golds and greens and blues. Go dramatic.

hmmmm... if your aloud to wear makeup, you should use light tones that match your skin, maybe put your hair to the side or curl it, then wear the outfit you think best fits YOU.
