Why do so many people think that teens in school shouldn't think about dating but concentrate on work? Shouldn't these be our happy years of our lives? I mean I'm not thinking about dropping out or anything like that, but I mean really...

she 14, 5'1 and weighs 82lbs. what can I do to help her. I don't wanna see her hospitalized. I need answers. her coach and friends tell her to loose weight. how can i help?? What she lays down you can see her hip bones and some rib and shoulder blades. What can I do??

It's cylinder shaped,19 inches deep and almost 9 inches in diameter. I'll install it somewhere in the floor, underground, in concrete. Now I'm trying to decide how to camoflauge it's location. Any ideas?

I was watching Frasier the other day and they were talking about a porcelain sad clown figurine and they called it a poly hot chi. well at least i think thats what they called it. I didnt have the closed captioning on at the time. :( Any info would do. I tried to surf it but I came back empty handed.

I am only one step away from recieving my blackbelt in tae kwon do. I have a hard time with people watching me do my forms or sparring. I can't focus and I get angry with myself and the person watching me. It seems like every time I do a good kick, no one is looking, but when I do a bad kick, somebody is always watching...I love tae kwon do and I probably will never quit, but the anger and frustration inside me seems to take over my ability to do well in TKD...Any suggestions?

I'm 57, F, 34 yr marriage to an incredible guy. We have 2 grown kids who are doing well, are getting ready to retire to our shore house, and i have a job i love. But i have a terrible crush (at my age!) on my 60yr old cousin. He lives far away, but i think of him every day and want to be with him. I love my husband. WHAT IS MY PROBLEM??? Why am I obsessed with being with my cousin? His younger sister was my best friend until i was 6 and we moved, and his mom was like a second mom to me, so it feels even weirder to me that i want him. Any ideas?

For my 13th b-day my gradma gave me this book called The voice of the martyrs & will anyway I never read it intill today I'm 14 now, & I was very bored & had nothing to do so I decied to read it & I have so far just read about one story,it's actually pretty interesting..but will my question is this : How did the Christans "martyrs" become so disillusioned, their minds twisted, and so unenlightened that they were willing to be killed. Also why didn't "God" protect them from this?

hello guys....
One day, her friend invited me to her party and at that party, I saw dis girl and talked to her! That was my first time talking to her!..

Then, around a month ago, I happened to get her cellphone number from her best friend and started to text message wif her!

1) I told her that I might give her a phone call and she said "U can call me anytime u want .... "

2) I told her that I might give her a treat and she said "Mayb I'll come ...with a presence of a third person!"

3) I sent her my self-typed poems and she'll tell that they are sweet and my future-GF is lucky to have a poet like me ...

4) She keep asking me about those gals who admired me ..... like how they are doing and etc....

5) At school, her best friend and some other friends of hers would keep yelling her name when they saw me .... while dat gurl would be shy!

6) She once told dat im a NICE GUY!

Are there any chance for her in LIKING me?.....

Anyone ever feel like they're just destined to be alone? I've had some great friends through out my life but not many of my friendships ever seem to last. I've had a best friend for quite a while but I think we're finally growing apart. I'm not very close with a lot of my family and it seems like the ones I am close to are dying off. I've never had much of anything in the "serious" realtionship department. Not sure why, I guess I don't try hard enough. I've never really connected with anyone in that way. So...not sure what I'm even asking here anymore. I guess...anyone else ever feel like this? Thanks.

Ok, I was engaged to a man 15 years ago. He left me while pregnant with his child and married another woman. I still love him although we have no contact I still keep tabs on him. I just need to know he is doing ok, which he is. He is, however miserable in his relationship and has told many people he only married this woman because he couldn't have 'who he wanted' whom I assume is me. I dont WANT him back as I have moved on in that respect but why do I still dream of him and think about him? Why do I still care? How can I stop?!!

Okay, I just thought of this when stoned. Doesnt it annoy you when tv shows/cartoons take the "Romeo Romeo" scene from Romeo and Juliet out of context. I mean they always make it seem that Juliet is pining for him when in the play it is juliet wondering why somebodies last name should make a difference. And the quote "parting is such sweet sarrow" out of context as well. What do you think? :D
