It means they're a retard who has no idea what they're talking about because the term "left-wingest" does not actually exist. Personally, I wouldn't take much of anything they say too seriously...

There is no such term, but I assume they mean "very left-wing". Since left wing refers to liberals, and right wing to conservatives, the idea is that you are extremely liberal.
