I need some information on folic Acid.

Both me and my husband are trying to conceive, i just came off the birth control patch last month,so i went to the doctor and she told me to start taking Folic Acid. So my questions are

1. what are the sides affect?

2.does this really helps a women get pregnant faster?

3. Do you know someone that was or is using Folic acid?

4.Should i start on Folic Acid?

And my last question is

5.What else is it good for besides getting pregnant and having a healthy baby?

Or you can just tell me what you know about Folic Acid.

I have made the decision (finally) to change by bad eating habits and start eating healthy. However, I am not exactly sure as to what i should be cutting out. What thype of things should i be looking out for in the ingredients and nutrition charts?
Here is a list of some of the foods that i usually eat:
yogurt
bagels & cheamcheese
fruit and veggies
pizza
pasta
tacos
chicken
rice
salad
popcorn

Any suggestions of what i should be doing differently?

My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for the past three years and we just found out that he has no sperm. The only thing they can do is a testicular biobsy to find out the cause and maybe retreive some sperm. Our only other option is a sperm donor. Has anyone ever been through this?

Well I have kissed a girl when I was like nine and I still remember it. I'm not ashamed of it and I would do it again.
I want a guy by my side but then again a companion of a female makes me feel better. So I am confused.
I kinda find myself checking out both male and female and the problem is I don't know if I want to come out of the closet because I might damage my reputation with guys.
Also my parents would freak!
So I don't know what to do with this feeling.

Me and my ex. broke up and she asks me if its possible to love 2 peeps(i dont think it is) then she tell me that she loves her ex. in a diff. way. than she loves me. I am always burning supper due to the fact that I think I am SuperWoman. I have to multi-task all the time. So I'm cooking, doing laundry, checking homework, listening to my teenagers ramble on and on and on about their day, checking e-mails, yelling at kids to get chores and homework done, watching commercials, talking on the phone, and thinking about work all in the same half hour. You know, pretty typical mom stuff. I'm single, so I don't have to deal with the extra baggae of trying to make my man happy at the same time I'm trying to get other stuff done, lucky me.

my question is....which child should I flush down the toilet first? The one who is always whining because he'll die of broccoli poisoning, or the one who makes it her goal in life to point out EVERY time I burn the dang rice?

In what was at first believed to be a hoax perpetrated by
disgruntled fans, University of Phoenix Stadium was evacuated today for nearly two hours when one of the players, on the way to the locker room, happened to look down and notice a suspicious-looking white powdery substance on the field.



Head coach Dennis Green immediately suspended practice while the FBI was called in to investigate.



After complete field analysis, the FBI determined that the white substance unknown to players was the goal line. Practice was resumed when FBI Special Agents decided that the team would not be likely to encounter the substance again.
