I use to be a pro at Microsft excel,.. but i have not worked in a while and i cant remember jack,.. can someone talk me on how to enter a simple formula, maybe this will help me get my memory back,.. i use to use my mouse to enter formula's as oppose to typing them in,.. ? does that make sence?

Are there any specific type workouts I can do to lose fat on my upper body? Because that's where the problems lies. My bottom part is okay, but my arms and upper back is keeping the zipper from going all the way up!

I am 5'0 and 132 pounds right now. Any help would be appreciated!

Ias seeing ths guy and one day I text messaged him about my earrings, and then left him a voicemail explaining that i needed to know if they were at his house,because i was wearing them to go out, he text messaged me five minutes later and told me not to call him anymore, because he did not like me and that he would tell my sorority sisters about our relationship...and he would tell other people as well, and that I should know that he has a girlfriend and she is a member of my sorority(keep in mind that i did not know he had a girl,so the next day I get a call(from his best friend) who is also one of my sorority sisters calls me and invites me to an event that he was hosting? And I 'm like this is weird, because she has never called me..So What do you think was the cause of his/her behavior? do you think she knows something, or maybe he told her something,?Or was it a coincidence that she calls me asks me to go out with her after I ahdn't heard from her in over eight months?

My husband and I live together in the USA. He has a 5yr old daughter with his ex-wife, and they live in Aruba.
-She would call his phone once (sometime twice) per week, asking for money for all kinds of random expenses. My husband would send money because she told him she was not working. Unfortunately, just a few months ago we found out that she has been working for years, and earning a tidy sum…even tidier when you add all the money that my husband sent. When he did not have the money to send, she would refuse to let him speak to the child.
-And when he did speak with the child, she would take the phone and tell the child what to say.

We have had a new headteacher this year and the things that she thinks of is ridiculous. Last half term somebody slipped over on some rubbish while playing netball on the playground and NEARLY hurt herself.
Our headteacher has now said that if your not taking part in any sport activity at lunch or break on the playground then you are not allowed to go on there. She even comes and moves us off. There is like 800 pupils in my school and we all cant go along the side of the paths or in the blocks. We just get moaned at if we are in the blocks as well. The playground is a place for us to go.
What do you think about it?

After the initial embarrassment they both go to sleep, the woman on the top bunk, the man on the lower.

I've had some real no brainers - breaking my toe hitting my foot on an armchair while doing a cartwheel, three stitches in my head hitting my head on a different armchair while attempting to jump from one side of the living room to the other, breaking a rib and chipping a tooth diving on a bed, third degree burns on my fingers while cheking the hob was warm, mouse-trapping two fingers (one on each hand) in a folding chair, going diving when the sea was full of jellyfish and getting stung.
Having written this (and not including things like breaking my collar bone, getting stung by a ray and stuff that wasn't my fault), I think I'm a bit of a walking disaster area. I'd love to say these all happened whe I was too young to know better, but some of them were quite recent.

I was around 9 year old , when a close family friend use to take advantage of me by taking off my pants and pretend it to be some kind of joke and then tickle me on genitals. I was not in state to understand this act but use to enjoy it and encourage , i think as a kid i had this eagerness to explore my body which led me to enjoy it even more. I even started doing similar things to him and now when I look back I feel disgusted and ashamed. I ask this to myself every time that was it molestation or not because I actively participated in this act but I was not mature enough to understand so there is this doubt and confusion, if I can accept it as molestation then i can at least stop blaming myself for messing my life.

The reasons to why i 'thought' he liked me. @school. 1~ When i was looking at the back of a DVD someone brought in, He asked me from afar what DVD it was...out of the blue. 2~ I was watching movie with my friends (guy friend too) on the tv, after a while he plonked his chair right in middle of where me and my guy friend sat. jealously maybe? or what? 3~ I wanted to test him, so while we wer watching the movie, i suddenly made a movement to get my jacket across the room, he turned his head to see where i was going. 4~My friends have told me that he was looking at me on several occasions. 5~He took a lollipop out of my hands when i was offering people a lollipop saying he wanted it. 6th: I caught him lookin at me alot.
The thing is..whenever we have the chance to talk he acts as though he doesnt like me. If he likes me he doesnt show it, ive liked him for ages now, the sitaution now between both of us is awkward, we are passed the stage where we can talk normally.
Any thoughts people?
