Karan, hi!

these CDs are illegal. the people in the business have a very big network. this is the process that happens:

1. their contacts will go watch the movie in the US/Europe or wherever the movie is being released first.
2. the carry camera equipment with them. usually just ordinary home video cameras that are small and handy.
3. they set it up and record the complete movie in the theatre. that's why the quality is also very poor.
4. they upload the movie onto the Net, and the download link is given to their partners around the world.
5. these "partners" download the movie in the respective country and burn them onto Cds...
6. these are sent to local agents across the country, and they in turn copy them and sell them to the general public.
7. the police are almost always paid bribes to turn a blind eye to this illegal business
8. in India, the profit margin for the seller is 700% to 1000%!!! so just imagine how much money the guys on top make!

it's wrong to buy these Cds for 2 reasons. firstly, it's banned by the government, and if caught buying or owning these CDs you could face a prison sentence and a hefty fine. secondly, the money is used to fund terrorist activity across the Globe. all the trillions of dollars made in this business is illegal and funds 100s of terrorist organizations.

so please don't buy them, and advise your friends not to buy them either!

hope this helped...

enjoy!
