Since I started this job 5 months ago, I have gotten VERY little training. My boss's attention is divided up by two different divisions, and he hasn't had any time to spend with me in the office, or on the road. He seems to think I have had EXTENSIVE training. When I asked him what extensive training was, he said it was On The Job training.. that I have been out in the field for 5 months now. Then I said "so EXTENSIVE training means that I have been training myself for 5 months?" He basically said YES, that was my training. What should I do... I don't want to get fired for some BS like this. If I go over his head, I know it will just get back to him and I'll end up getting canned anyways. Help please!

i'm a christian and a wiccan at the same time, :) confused? it's because the bible was altared, in the bible's before king james it said: thou shalt not suffer a poisoner to live.

not witch wich means that the old test. doesnt have anything against witches, infact back then (in old test. times) the priests were shown to use witchcraft as a religious practice, but along the way they did it less (people thought it made them gods, they started getting worshipers) and then christ came and said not to use magick anymore (most likley for that reason) so it isnt going against god "if you know how to use it the right way" use it the way god would have wanted you to.

and no i never had the thought of burning myself at the stake :)

There's something about the fact that the lead singer, who by the way used to be a part of the sorry excuse for a girl group Eden's Crush ("Get Over Yourself" anyone?), that is extemely disappointing and pitiful. And I know I'm probably going to get a lot of people telling me that I have no life, but I was just curious. Why do the majority of men not like to talk about their feelings and emotions? For example, when I try to talk to my b/f about our relationship, he gets extremely annoyed and doesn't want to talk about it. This makes me feel neglected as his significant other and that my feelings don't matter to him, leading me to want even more reassurance from him which annoys him even more. It's a never ending cycle. I don't get it and am hoping someone can shed some light on this issue. Thanks.

We are doing some reading in my eighth grade classroom that discusses illegal immigration. Since it is such a hot button topic as of late, many of them have difficult and confusing questions that they want answered. I also need to remember I can't be too harsh or candid since some of the kids in my class may be/are the sons and daughters of immigrants (illegal or not). How does one enter the country as a "legal" alien? What does it specifically mean to be an "illegal alien?" What happens if/when an illegal gets caught? Is it true that if an illegal alien gives birth to a child while in this country illegally that that child is automattically a US citizen? I have heard about so-called "anchor children," but having a child doesn't automatically make the parents legal...does it? I want to give correct info to my students, so anyone with specific and verifiable information...please respond! Thanks!
