Men have deep emotional feeling same as women, but most men express it differently. I for example will try to find a answer, when something bad occurs, that helps me ease the hurt. If I cannot find a answer, I except that it was nothing I could do to stop the bad thing from occuring. But I care very deeply.

We have the same emotional depth. We just dont show it as much as women.
From a very young age boys are told not to cry if they hurt themselves. We have just been conditioned to be harder and not show our feelings.
Women are not any more emotionally deeper than men, It is just that society accepts women crying and being openly emotional.
When some thing bad occurs men remain cool headed and figure a way to deal with the situation rather than breaking down or becoming histerical. This comes from fighting at a young age we remain focused while everything around us is going to SH*IT.
Just one of our many talents.

Men do experience emotions. Some men express it some men keep it within. Women are actually the same way but generally they show more emotions rather than keeping it in. There has been many studys to this and the only logical answer is that the only thing that we all have in common is that we're mammels.

It's not that men don't have emotional depth, it's that most men are not into the whole emotional thing. We feel the emotions we just don't focus on them as much, we are not as sensitive to things of that nature, most of us anyways. There are few times in most mens lives when he gets really emotional, it varies for each man, but if you are there or he wants you to be there then you take comfort in that fact, and don't tell his friends they'll make fun of him.

We do feel things very deeply, it's just that society doesn't allow us to express emotions as Men because, stupidly of course, it's seen as a sign of weakness, which any enlightened Man here will tell you, is complete rubbish. It takes a very strong Man to show true emotions.

Because as they say "Women are from Venus, and men are from Mars". Hon, men think and see things differently that we do, simply because they are MEN, and they just don't get it! I was told by a male friend once that a man CANNOT love, the way a woman does. But he CAN love. Think about it this way - it is easier for a woman to accept another womens children into her home (kids from previous relationships), than it is for a man to accept another mans kids. It's just the way they are put together. Stupid things that bug us, don't even get a flikker out of them. Huge issues that bug them, are really actually very small. And according to men - Woman nag, men have dramatic conversations! But ya just gotta luv them!

men may feel it but they deal with it in a different way. For example a couple break up the women becomes bitter and hates all men and the man finds another women so he can be comforted... Men are like a plug and women are like a socket lol (or is it the other way around lol) women just receive all the impact because of the way we were made but men just handle it another way...

Men do have the same deep feelings as women - I think it's simply societal expectations that prevent them from expressing those feelings.

My male friends are still often reluctant to reveal how they really feel about various issues.

Let them know you are always willing to lend a "non-judgemental ear" and you'll find things will improve.

Men do experience the same deep feelings. They are able to face up to the situation better than a woman. It is not a plus point or a negative. It is the way man is made. Amen

Of course they feel as deeply as we do! It's just they are afraid to let us know. My boyfriend got deeply upset the other day because I shut the door while talking on the phone to a friend - he was afraid I was telling her I was unhappy with him and when I came out he was almost in tears. So obviously I had to tell him what we'd really been talking about: engagement rings and weddings! That should teach him!
