A CAT'S DIARY
Day 183 of my captivity. My captors continued to taunt me with bizarre
little dangling objects. They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while I am
forced to eat dry cereal. The only thing that keeps me going is the
hope of escape, and the mild satisfaction I get from clawing the
furniture. Tomorrow I
may eat another house plant. Today my attempt to
kill my captors by weaving around their feet while they were walking
almost succeeded - must try this at the top of the stairs. In an
attempt to disgust and repulse these vile oppressors, I once again
induced myself to vomit on their favorite chair - must try this on
their bed. Decapitated a mouse and brought them the headless body in
an attempt to make them aware of what I am capable of, and to
try to
strike fear in their hearts. They only cooed and condescended about
what a good little cat I was. Hmmm, not working according to plan.
There was some sort of gathering of their accomplices. I was placed in
solitary throughout the event! . However, I could hear the noise and
smell the food. More important, I overheard that my confinement was
due to my powers of inducing "allergies." Must learn what this is
and
how to use it to my advantage.
I am convinced the other captives are flunkies and maybe snitches. The
dog is routinely released and seems more than happy to return. He is
obviously a half-wit. The bird, on the other hand, has got to be an
informant and speaks with them regularly. I am certain he reports my
every move. Due to his current placement in the metal room, his safety
is assured. But I can wait; it is only a matter of time……

The Lone Ranger was ambushed and captured by an Indian war party. The Indian Chief proclaims, "So, you are the great Lone Ranger. In honor of the Harvest Festival, you will be executed in three days. But, before I kill you, I will grant you three requests. What is your first request?"

The Lone Ranger responds, "I'd like to speak to my horse." Chief nods and Silver is brought before the Lone Ranger, who whispers in Silver's ear, and the horse gallops away. Later that evening, Silver returns with a beautiful blond woman on his back. As the Indian Chief watches, the blond enters the Lone Ranger's tent and spends the night. The next morning the Indian Chief admits he's impressed.

"You have a very fine and loyal horse, but I will still kill you in two days. What is your second request?"

The Lone Ranger again asks to speak to his horse. Silver is brought to him and he again whispers in the horse's ear. As before, Silver takes off across the plains and disappears over the horizon. Later that evening, to the Chief's surprise, Silver again returns, this time with a voluptuous brunette, even more attractive than the blond. She enters the Lone Ranger's tent and spends the night. The following morning the Indian Chief is again impressed.

"You are indeed a man of many talents, but I will still kill you tomorrow. What is your last request?"

The Lone Ranger responds, "I'd like to speak to my horse, alone." The Chief is curious, but he agrees and Silver is brought to the Lone Ranger's tent. Once they're alone, the Lone Ranger grabs Silver by both ears, looks him square in the eyes and says, "Listen carefully, for the last time... BRING POSSE!"

WHY...Checks and Balances!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a hard core conservative and I hate many things the ACLU stands for but I'm glad they are there.

Absolute Power..Absolutley Corrupts! It sits well with me to have opposition...this is why America works.

I like having intelligent people on both sides of issues and making their voices heard!

Am I alone or are there others who feel this way?

It was about 2 children, sister and brother, (I think the girl was called Dorothea) and they moved to a new place, and met a new group of kids who taught them how to do all types of codes, like Morse Code, Semaphore etc. I think the boy fell out of a tree as well. It was something like 'Winter's Tale', i think, have searched on google, just cannot find it. Would love to read it again!

I think they want too much so we agreed to let the answers forum answer these questions and go with the results.

1. Should I have to shave my legs?
2. Should I have to shave my chest?
3. Should I have to let them do my hair?
4. Should I have to wear heels?
5. Should I have to wear perfume?
6. Should I have to stuff the chest?

I am agreeing to the outfit, but to me the other stuff is extra. She says that's just me trying to welch. Please be kind.

With the paper plate, you use it, then you throw it away. I imagine after it sits at the dump for a while it will eventually begin to break down. So, it does become garbage, yet it does break down and decompose. One negative effect is that a tree must be cut down to make the plates, yet I imagine that a lot of plates can be made from even a single tree. And, from what I hear, companies who do this are very good about planting a new tree to replace the one which was cut. Another negative effect may be the energy used by the factory that makes the plates and the waste and/or pollution it might expel.

With the 'traditional', you reuse it over and over, so this would sound like it has to be the more evironmentally friendly choice, but each time you wash it you use water, electricity (if you use a dish washer) and soap (which is then poured down the drain and into the environment).

What do you guys think?

How would you know if they're in denial, if they have never experienced it before?

Any tests that can be done to find out? (apart from jealousy-gets very jealous when I mention other girls).

Has started acting weird towards me, when I ask why, says she's tired, has a lot on her mind, feeling a bit down. Has only gone weird with me, no one else. When I ask if she wants me not to get in touch with her for awhile i.e.reply to her txts/not meet up, she ignores the question. Is she implying yes?

Whats up? Could I have done something (as a bloke we're not always aware of this!)?

India can't be divided again and again on the basis of religions. A number of Biharis of undivided Pakistan are living in the camps in Bangladesh. Pakistan don't care for them. Are they not Muslims? Isrial is killing their so called Muslim brother in Palistine, Why they are not sending Pak army to protect them? We all the Muslims are selfish and using various terms according to our requirments from time to time. Some time Pakistan is talking decisions on the basis of thier own countire's govermental policies and some time on the ground of Islam. Do you know why? Because we all are selfish. We are not following the rules of Islam truly and this is the reason of our downfall. Love every human being. We all are the creation of Allah. live and let live us peacefully. Sacrifice for others is the basic theory of Islam.

You are stranded on a very isolated island which has zero inhabitants. You do, however, have all you can eat or drink in the name of survival. That's all. It's just you and the island. If you have an mp3 player which has batteries which last forever, and only enough space to store 10 songs, what 10 tunes will you fill it up with?

To start things off, this is my top 10,

1. Jolene - Ray LaMontagne
2. Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen
3. Heart And Soul - Taylor Hicks
4. Freebird - Lynyrd Skynyrd
5. Levon - Elton John
6. Shelter In The Rain - Stevie Wonder
7. A Change Is Gonna Come - Sam Cooke
8. Try A Little Tenderness - Otis Redding
9. Have You Ever Seen The Rain - Creedence Clearwater Revival
10. Hunka Hunka Burning Love - Elvis Presley

Feel free to comment on my choice of songs.

I have a 10 week old female boxer. She has been really good since we got her, she hasnt cried for her mother or littermates at all, she sleeps downstairs in her bed with a puppy heatpad. She goes to the back door when she wants to go out but just lately she has been having a few accidents inside, i know this is understandable as she is young but i was wondering if it could be because it is cold and wet outside and she doesnt like it?
She is also very hyperactive, jumping up at everyone and on furniture, i dont know if its best to ignore it or firmly tell her NO!
She has a habit of chasing my feet and biting them, i dont know what to do????
