Hello my dog is pawing at his ear constantly and shaking his head. Last night it was on and on but when he's distracted he's fine and when he's sitting down still it seems to be painful. Before i go the doctor route does anyone know of any natural remedies or ideas.

Is it unprofessional to list your previous employmers without entering the dates of which you worked for them. Is it OK to just list the Company Name and then your job duties for each. Also how many years of current/previous employment is sufficient to list. The last 5? 10? Any answers, advice, tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am not in shape at all. I am overweight(not extremely) and cannot run very far or fast without stopping. I am trying to change my lifestyle to eat right and to get exercise. I really want to run and my goal is to eventually be able to run 5 miles in about 50 minutes or less. Is there any tips on how to make the run not as difficult and less painful? Such things as how to carry yourself, where to look, how to breathe, how far to run at first, when to add more distance would be helpful. Should I walk and run at first? I am strictly asking about running, not dieting or anything else.
