All my life i had never heard of an indoor cat. The first time i did, v recently i thought it was the crulest thing ever. Ive just bought a kitten and have been researching the facts. After hearing that on average cats live 5 years longer if they are house cats i cant help considering it. It says that if it falls out, you should still be protected against pregnancy as long as it was out for less than 3 hours. So is it OK to take it out before I have sex with my boyfriend? It's not supposed to come out during sex, but it has a couple times already and it's annoying- and kind of a mood killer. Honestly, me and my boyfriend can get a little freaky, and this ring is a little bit of a pest. Does anyone see anything wrong w/ taking it out right b4 and making sure i put it back in w/in 3 hours?

I have been dreading this..... We can only have a 150 max at the place, and I would like to cut it down to 100 so you figure 125 invites.... I have a big stack of my relatives and his to go through and start cutting out.
What's your best advice for getting through this!?
Anyone have a system? :)


FYI- we already cut out children under 15. (please don't make nasty comments or lecture me, it's my personal choice not to have children there.)

PS- Is it rude to invite people without dates?? My FI has a lot of single friends who are not in relationships, I really didn't want to let them bring dates. We are paying almost $100 per person and I rather have more family there then some girl they meet at the bar last weekend. What do you think?

I know a lot of people aren't going to like that I've got to say but I'm saying it anyway!

IMHO if someone isn't able to have kids then its meant to be that way for whatever reason. If your body is saying no to having kids then it should be left at that. All this meddling with nature is no good and its worrying to think where or when it will end.

I also strongly object to people getting it for free on the NHS. Also its turning into a lifestyle choice. 'I want a career before kids so I'll wait till I'm almost to old then get IVF done - problem solved'.

Nature should be left alone.
