have you tried going to perhaps the borders book store for an instructional manual . I remember an art class on tv that was very good.Im not sure of his name John Craigy perhaps. He is deceased now, but there are books and kits still available that he once offered. My daughter, who couldnt draw a stick man, learned from a friend of mine to do oil paintings that I would love to have on my wall. I dont believe (not that I know the terminology) good luck ..YOU WILL DO IT

How can you draw paintings? Anyways, if you want to recreate an oil painting, get a copy and create a graph over it. On graph paper, you will be able to scale out the painting.
