That would be Brazil. It is an interesting observation that the Brazilians, who speak Portuguese, can understand all their neighbors, who speak Spanish. On the other hand the Spanish speakers have a great deal of difficulty understanding the Portuguese speaking Brazilians!

Portuguese is the official language of Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Portugal and São Tomé and Príncipe, and co-official with Chinese in the Chinese S.A.R. of Macau and Tetum in East Timor.
The only country in American continent speak Portuguese is Federative Republic of Brazil .

Brazilians speak a different dialect of Portuguese than that spoken in Portugual. But it's still Portuguese!

I don't know if it is the only country but I'm sure Brazilian people speak Portuguese.

Definitely Brazil,

I know someone who being clever tried talking to the locals of a Brazillian Bar in Spanish ( thinking that they spoke Spanish ) It didn't go down well.
Altho we all had a good laugh about it later.
