She said that she is intrigued by me & that the best thing would be for me to be her friend right now. i see her almost everyday and she calls me or i'll call her sometimes. we hang out and talk a lot. her ex broke up with her recently after a five year relationship and he is also trying to go out with her, but when he found out about the kissing between me and her he went insane. she says that she still loves him, but doesn't know how much longer she'll put up with his attitude & makes excuses for him. i don't know what she sees in him. he's definitely way uglier than me and more immature. now, that she isn't with him she has no friends at college except me and her ex is back home so i feel like i'm the only one she can count on. if i left her now she would think that i was only after one thing. she said that she would understand if i didn't want to be her friend when i explained how much the situation sucks. sometimes i feel that if i took more action i might win her over

I had sex a little bit ago, and it seems as though whenever I do it I get extramally freaked out that there is a chance of me becoming pregnant. We were protected, he had pulled out before going completely through with it, and masterbated the rest of the way. The thing that freaks me out however is I was having my period at this time. But now that it has been three days my period is gone (period lasted two days). (Which is unnormal for me). Should I be worried? It didnt look like anything broke on the condom but what if a little did come out? What are the chances of me being pregnant?

It seems as if a guy is not in love with you the first week then he will never fall in love. Every guy I know seemed to like their chosen woman right away, like the third day. Do we really care where Tom & Katie get married or whether Brad & Angelina will tie the not? Come on, are we that bored with our own personal lives that we have to worry about those of others? If they were close friends, relatives or co-workers, then it would be understandable.

Do you see yourself the same way your parents see you? Explain.


Three words I would use to describe myself are funny, athletic and hardworking. Three words my parents would use to describe me are smart aleck, too involved and lazy. I may have over-exaggerated some of that, because my parents do not think that appallingly of me. I do think my parents have a similar view as I have of myself, but it’s natural for me to think higher of myself. My parents also have some different points of view, due to the fact that they do not see me all the time, and that they have to chauffer me around to practices and meetings. Overall, I think my parents recognize my downfalls, but are proud of me and all my sisters.

My mother has beautiful expensive jewelry she got from her 2nd husband, who she married after my father died. When the 2nd husband died, we discovered that he was a pedophile and had raped my daughter when she was 2 years old until he died, when she was only 4 years old. I think my mother should get rid of all the jewelry he gave her, because it was chosen and given by him. We think she should just sell it and use the money however she sees fit, because money has no sentimental value. She insists that there is no reason not to wear the jewelry and, frankly, it makes me sick that she would want to wear it, now that she knows the truth about the monster she was married to.

There was a time when chastity and nuclear families were the norm in the black community. Just the very THOUGHT of the sight of a swollen belly without a wedding band sent shivers up the spine. But today? Doesn't anyone find it disturbing how "husband" has been replaced with "baby daddy"? Anyone who thinks a child can get by without a father is delusional. The sexual revolution of the late 60's/70's caused many many problems, but the white community seems to be gradually recovering whereas the black community is getting rapidly WORSE! My son is drooling like crazy, and biting on everything. But this week he has also been waking up screaming every 2 hours, and has lost his appitite. He would rather look at me than nurse. I still can get 2-3 good feeding a day, but other feedings have gone from 30 minutes to 5minutes. He's also got a runny nose.
