It's the punch line from an old joke. A plane nearly crashes but just before, a man watches a rabbi genuflect aboard the craft. After the near miss, the man asks the rabbi why he genuflected (an obvious Catholic rather than Jewish response to a near death experience) The rabbi says "What genuflecting? I was taking inventory. Spectacles, testicles, wallet and watch"
