Absolutely not true. As a doctor I've been in on countless surgeries and colonoscopies and this is just NOT at all true. Exen in people who do no bowel prep there really just is not much in there except some sludge.
I'll never understand why people think this, unless its just because they've never seen a person's insides.
No, there is no repository of undigested anything in your colon. It is not the resean so many people are overweight.

To know that for a fact is to get the copy of the Autopsy report. Second, the fecal material is not weighed in an autopsy just described. If there was impaction noted it would say just that.

This is physically impossible. You pass through your body your day's food in about 24 hrs, and that's only a few pounds. Elephants only eat 40-60 lbs of stuff per day.

I heard that as well. Its the reason most people have excess wieght, because of build up in their colon. Colon cleansers help with that problem. Ask Anna nicole :) trimspa didnt do the trick by itself.
