I have a DVD file that I want to post on my website (no copyrights on it). I need it in CD format.

you need a converter program and the proper terminology for DVD format is .ISO there are a couple of different choices for format you can add to the web most popular is mpg then there is avi and wmv. So try typing ISO to mpg converter or DVD to mpg converter in the google search bar . Oh I assume everybody has google but if not go to google.com what kind of web site do you run? You dont have to answer that if its private hope this helps?
