ok, I delivered a 30 day notice of eviction to my renters this morning because of non payment of rent. A few friends of mine in town have called me today and said they have a van and trailer at the house and are moving out now. Yes this is a good thing but they are the type of people who will not call and let me know when they are totally out. So how do I know when it is legal for me to go back into the house, Do I have to wait the full 30 days even though I know they are starting to move now??? what if neighbors dont see their cars there for say 3-4 days, so i think they are done moving , i go to the house and some of there stuff is still there?? then i get in trouble for unlawful entering? but then again what if they ARE totally gone and do something stupid like leave the water running, and i dont go there. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so unclear on how kids with limited abilities can still graduate from school and go to college. How far up the ladder can these kids go with nothing more than a 6th grade equivelant at best? Perhaps I sound critical but let's be honest! A high school diploma? We give them a diploma for what?

First thanks to all those that responded to my other question about my new cat Tweek.

As I said earlier I got Tweek from a friend of mine that couldn't keep him because she had to move. Other than Tweek being kind of a freak, hehe, the only problem is that I have a mild allergy to cats. Ive had cats before I had allergies but in the last few years Ive grown somewhat allergic to them, mainly watery and itchy eyes. Anyone have any suggestions as to how I can keep my allergies in check OTHER than PILLS?

ive been married 8 years and have 3 kids, and now my sex drive is gone....im not sure if im attracted to my husband. the thought of him touching me makes me vomit sometimes. A few weeks ago, the guy I've been interested in got my phone number from where I used to work. I thought I saw a few signs that he might be interested in me as well, so I told them it was ok to give the number to him. Time went by, he didn't call. I finally managed to get a message to him online. He replied, said he'd try to call over the weekend, and said I could email him back. I also sent him my cell # and email address. He still didn't call, and all I've done since is send him a couple more short messages, nothing serious, and he reads them but doesn't reply. He is a pretty busy man, but I think he could find a few minutes somewhere in the day. Is it possible I could be scaring him away? Should I back off and not try to contact him for a while? He's a great guy and I don't want to mess this up. I'm just looking for honest opinions here. I can't understand why he'd ask for my number if he didn't plan to ever call me. Any ideas?

Does having this surgery impair your ability to have children in the future?

I know during a pregnancy you have to be able to provide nutrition for the fetus and yourself as well,

but having this surgery whic is restrictive as well as malabsorptive, does this rule out having a child in the future?

I had conferences with Kari's teacher today and she said that she is doing ok except she dosn't have a lot of confidence, like even though they have the same routine in class everyday she still needs the teacher to tell her "Kari, you need to be doing this right now" before she will do it, and she has trouble asking the teacher for help and stuff, I don't think the problem is that the teacher is someone new to her cause she is the same way with her cousin who is the same age and her best friend, she can talk to him ok until it comes to asking him if she could play with a toy or something, then she gets shy and asks me to ask for her, I have her ask herself but she is very quiet about it.

I used to live in an apartment complex and find a set of 5 phone books on my doorstep 1-2 times per year! And, I would save them thinking I'd find a place to recycle them, but then every paper and magazine recycling bin I ever saw would say "no phonebooks." I would end up throwing them away and feel bad about it, but then angry at the Phone Co. for giving them out. And, here's the worst thing...I haven't even had a land line for the last 3 years!!!
They just put one on every apt. doorstep.

So, the question is where can you recycle them?

I'm aware that not ALL women are, but as far as I can tell, a lot of them are.

I just don't get it. Cockroaches are indeed nasty and gross, but that's not a reason to be scared of them. They're mere insects, just like ants or flies. And if you're only grossed out by them, why do you interpret it as fear?
