So today I just polished off a Krispy Kreme doughnut, a Nature Valley Granola Bar, and a mini bag of cheeto's , and I don't think I'm done.....I did this last night too, and have been having seconds when I usually don't. I will be getitng my period in the next couple days, ...and it always seems that about a week or a few days at least before my period i cannot stop eating so much junk? Why is this and do others experience this?

I have been with him for a year. we just had a little girl about 3 months ago. i love and help him with everything. i try to do everything for him. but he always wants to be right. there is no winning with him. he's never hit me. but he's come at me, while i was sitting on the couch, to choke me, and he did it once when i had the baby in my arms. i know he needs help. is there a website about anger management? or something? what should i do? how can i help him or suggest counsling, with out him getting angry.

ok...I'm 16, 5'2 & 120 lbs...I know I'm not seriously overweight, but i don't feel comfortable where I am and it's really been taking a negative toll on my personality/attitude...I've had this weight obsession since i was 12 and i want to end it once and for all....i've read ALOT on how to lose weight the healthy way, the unhealthy way, etc. I'm so overwhelmed with information, I don't know where to start. ...my ex boyfriend every night?? I honestly just don't want to think about him at all, and don't during the day. Its just that every night, there he is again! Whats the deal???

P.S. We broke up months ago and haven't talked since if that makes any difference. Also, I've since moved on and went on a couple of dates with other guys in the time that we haven't been together. besides the obviouse coffee, was there anything you did that helped you stay awake to study? i have midterms all week and really need to be staying up in late hours to study bc i work and go to school during the day, and its not really easy for me to stay up late at night..i like to sleep by 11pm-12am MAXXX. im a freshman in college so ive never really had to stay up all night to study before. so please help me with this! what have things have u done or tried that kept u up? im not a big fan of coffee for starters :) thank you in advance and this is TRUELY appreciated!!!
