ok...I'm 16, 5'2 & 120 lbs...I know I'm not seriously overweight, but i don't feel comfortable where I am and it's really been taking a negative toll on my personality/attitude...I've had this weight obsession since i was 12 and i want to end it once and for all....i've read ALOT on how to lose weight the healthy way, the unhealthy way, etc. I'm so overwhelmed with information, I don't know where to start. I wanna get down to 105 lbs. by Christmas or New Year or however long it takes, just not too long because I tend to get discouraged. I am a swimmer...and i've been thinking about adding new kinds of workouts to my routine. But I need help with my diet...can anyone please suggest a SIMPLE diet that's not complex and won't make me think about food all the time? Thank You...

FIRST OF ALL YOU NEED TO REALISE THAT MADISON AVENUE HAS MADE WOMEN FORGET HOR BEAUTIFUL YOU REALLY ARE. DONT THINK YOU HAVE TO LOOK LIKE THE PICTUER OF SLIM, YOU ARE YOU. THAT SAID DRINK A GALLON OF WATER EVERY DAY AND WALK OR RIDE A BICYCLE, BUT PLEASE DONT BE OBSESED BY YOUR WEIGHT. EAT VEGETABLES. AND FRUIT. EAT WHAT YOU WANT BUT SMALLER PORTIONS. EAT BALANCED MEALS. EXERCISE. LIVE AND BE WELL. GO TO AN ART GALLERY AND LOOK AT SOME ART BY A GUY NAMED RUBENS. HE PAINTED WOMEN. THEY LOOK GREAT THEY ARE NOT SKINNY. THEY ARE HOT. DEVELOPE A NEW MIND SET FOR YOUR SELF.

Exercise! Believe me, it's the only way to have a fit body. Along with regular exercise, you may also control your food intake with Weight Loss/Hoodia sample. These will help develop firmer muscles, while you burn fats and shed off those extra pounds. Check out this site http://www.upkb.com/weightloss.php... for more info.
