So today I just polished off a Krispy Kreme doughnut, a Nature Valley Granola Bar, and a mini bag of cheeto's , and I don't think I'm done.....I did this last night too, and have been having seconds when I usually don't. I will be getitng my period in the next couple days, ...and it always seems that about a week or a few days at least before my period i cannot stop eating so much junk? Why is this and do others experience this?

During your menstral cycle, your body is preparing for a baby. It starts to make you hungry so that you can have enough fat stored to support a growing child inside you. The way this happens is your blood sugars drop alittle lower during this time, thus making you more hungry than normal. However, most often, you mensturate, shed the uteral lining, and your body goes back to normal, and your appetite decreases again. Also, many times your body is craving the things it needs the most, whether it be for pregnancy or just PMS.
