I have lived in the same place for over 35 years in the same state and I am relocating over 2500 miles from home.

I do feel my work here is done and it is time to go forward, what spiritual comfirmations have you received when God ushered you forward and leave everything behind, How did you deal with this, do you miss your family ( I know I will) What comfort have you received from taking a giant leap of faith in your lives? Thank you and God bless you?

He is probably taking you to a new mission in life. New ministry, maybe you are the one who will bring encouragement, blessings, and prayer for another. There is someone or something that God has appointed you to carry a message? Do what is in front of you to do and trust God for the outcome, nothing in God's world is a coincidence, it is all perfectly planned.

It's time to move on when you feel like you need a big change in your life. Generally, leaps of faith result in splattering on a sidewalk. Think your decision through rather than simply trusting everything will work out for the best. If you do, you will not feel so uneasy about it and be grasping for spiritual confirmations you will never receive.

Change is good. Everything happens for a reason. Average new is better then average old any day.
