I'm really worried!! This is urgent!!

I have a child in kindergarten and just received papers saying they have to be in Title 1 reading which in this school pretty much means "your child is stupid". Does anyone have any suggestions on any local organizations that provide tutoring for kindergarten kids? I'm not looking for anyone online to do, I'm looking for someone like a teacher's aide or something like that. But I have no idea where to call to find someone that might be able to help.

I have been treated for 2 years on and off with prostap injections for endometriosis. Other than a mirena coil I would have to have a hysterectomy. I don't want either, Can anyone suggest anyway of coping with the unbearable pain that I experience each month or suggest an alternative treatment that works? I am so terribly ill each month with this condition then as soon as the period finishes I am back to normal like nothing ever happened. It's just hell to live with.

I have a lip ring in the middle of my bottom lip, and on either side of the ring (not under the ring it's self, but on either side) my lips get severly chapped. What are the best chapsticks or homemade remedies?? Please help!!! Its not the most attractive thing!!!!

Let me explain, I know you won't get too ahead of the game as to say I'll marry the next guy I date, but if you date him, is to get to know him, and that takes time, and what else for do you wanna know this guy but to know if you're compatible, if you like him enough to try a relationship, and why would you try a relationship with someone if not to marry him. Or do you get in a relationship just to have fun? Things were not so bad. Everyone that I know of, even those that have heard both sides from her as well say that the things that were at an issue were trivial things. Nothing we couldn't work through. Yet, the Christian wants to give up without even hardly trying. Not to mention, I am 80% sure she had cheated on me... totally Un-Christianlike. my guys sister is seriously a work from the devil! for almost 3 years she has said every evil lie about me you can name, not only this but she seems to try to talk about me to other people when they come around. she is 22 years old with two children, shes not doing anything special just sits at home. but shes always looking at what i have on, or looking at me when she think i aint looking. im just wondering why she bothered get into me and my guys buisiness so much? things that have nothing to do with her she tried to stay in it!

Now i dont speak to her or her guy, i say hello to her kids and things like that, but when their frineds are around im in the back room, or gone somewhere. but now it seems like shes still looking at me and her boyfriend is doing ir as well? please help!

My ex broke up with me a few days ago, and I know she's checked my MySpace profile to see if it still says I'm in a relationship, which it does.. and it also still has a pic of us up.. she hasn't changed her profile yet either..
