The Pastor and the Eggs

The elderly pastor was cleaning up his office one Friday morning. In the back of the office, he found a small box containing 3 eggs and 100 $1 bills. He showed his secretary the box to ask her about the box and its contents. Embarrassed, she admitted having hidden the box there for the last 25 years. Disappointed and hurt, the pastor asked her, "WHY?" The secretary replied that she hadn't wanted to hurt his feelings. He asked her how the box could have hurt his feelings. She said that every time that he had delivered a poor sermon, she had placed an egg in the box. The pastor felt that 3 poor sermons in 25 years was certainly nothing to feel bad about, so he asked her what the $100 was for. She replied, "Each time I got a dozen eggs, I sold them to the neighbours for $1."

All right. Here's the thing. I've just had a fight with my college roommate, the first one ever. I don't think we were ever friends in the first place. She thinks stuff about me that's untrue, and all I wanted to know was why she couldn't be more quieter on the phone the other night. Seriously, I'm at my wit's end here. What do you think I should do?
What I mean is: I wanted to be friends with her before & we've gotten along so good times before. Now I'm still slightly angry at her, even though we're getting along (forcefully) as if no fight ever occurred. What would you do if something like this happened to you & how should I act around her or get along with her easily so I won't be constantly reminded of the hurt she obliviously caused during the fight?
P.S. I'm a freshman in college so this is the first time I've ever dealt with a college roommate problem.

Well, im 21 years old, and ive been a lesbians all my life. Me and my life partner have tried to understand why ive been so horny lately and desided it's cause im in heat (so to speak) and that my body is wanting to have a child. Okay. So my best friend started going out with this guy that's one year older than us. He used to go to our school and was such a fag, but left. So we didn't like him since when he first came, but she hung out with him one day and all of a sudden they became a couple. I mean, no offense, but desperate much? Seriously, the guy was such a ***** to everyone, and now she suddently goes out with him and tells me how much of a good guy he is? She told me that he told her that she was hot, and she said that she liked him, and that's what happened.

Anyways, so I want to tell her and confront her.
But she's acting all depressed and starts pmsing all of a sudden.
What do I do? It's really bugging me and I don't want her to get hurt. And she started to smoke pot with him, when she KNOWS i can't stand it and I've already talked to her about it cause it's happened before. She's clearly putting her friends after the guy. Even my other BFF doesn't like him, but she told us that she didn't care.

The percentage of blacks that vote for Democrats defies logic. Show me any statitician that says that it's normal. It's as if the black population was replaced with black, democrat robots. Consider this:
A)Blacks are often in poor school districts and face hardships in life due to an inferior education
B)Democrats oppose school vouchers that would enable blacks to get a better education
A)Blacks typically have traditional values
B)Democrats denounce traditional values and celebrate gay, abortion, illegal alien, terrorists, judicial activism, and voter fraud
A)Blacks are good
B)Democrats are bad
A)Blacks are qualified to hold significant political positions
B)Democrats never let blacks have significant political positions. It is the republicans who nominate blacks to the supreme court, national security advisor, and secretary of state

I have never met an expat who is happy living in Sydney (AU), and I mean *never* over many years, despite its physical beauty. I am thinking of finally giving up myself, so need to figure out where else to live...

Where on this planet can I go on a European passport, that:
- Is warm and bright. Say, 22-30C for most of the year.
- Has a sense of community, connection and at least a little cultural depth.
- Is run intelligently and civilly, without a heavy load of bureaucratic incompetence, wastefulness or intimidation. (Sydney's awful that way.)
- Has a good intellectual heritage - universities, research, education in general. Or at least just a sense of quality and concern - not a cowboy approach.
- Is quiet. At least in places, so it's easy to find a peaceful home.
- Has nice, affordable homes (rent and buy) relative to wages. (I guess anywhere will be better seeing as Sydney has the world's #1 most expensive property relative to salaries.)

Or should I just move planet? :(

Alright people, I have found a growning facination with asian culture thus leading to a foundness for asian girls.

my friend tells me that I shouldn't aim for certain race that I should be looking for a girl in all cultures and races.

The thing is, I have never had the chance to date an asian girl and I have always wanted to, but if I try and date any other race I just wind up wanting an asian again.
