In my opinion, 21 is too young to make this decision. How long have you and your "life partner" been together anyway? A child is forever dear, and you need to have more reasons to have a child (especially without a father involved) than being "in heat".
A child is forever and you and your partner need to realize the reality of this situation. 1. Most states do not recognize more than one mom. So if you die and do not leave a will, the child could be taken away from your partner. 2-If you break up, your partner will get no consideration from the court system and you will get no child support. 3. The father could always come back and demand visitation and possibly fight you for custody.
Children are not side effects of being in heat. Although I know that it doesn't always happen this way, they should be planned, and wanted by both their mother and father. My first child was not planned and I'm telling you it is tough being a parent! No more clubbing, no more late morning sleep ins, no more picking up and going anywhere (easily) and no more money. They suck every dime you have and then some.
Do yourself a favor and wait and see how you feel about raising a child in a few years. I always told my son, marriage at 30 and kids at 35. Enjoy your youth, at 21 you have a long time before your biological clock becomes an issue.

Well if you cannot afford invetro fertilization then sleeping with a man is really the only way to go.
My friends sister did this.
Find a male friend that you (and your partner) are very close to. Agree on all the terms, like parental rights, visitation, child support, etc... And if everything works out have his baby. That way you, and your partner, know the father and know that the child can have a father figure if and when they need one.
There are a lot of legal issues with this though, so I woudl advise once you find a guy that is on board with this to go to an attorney and figure out all the fine points and get it in writting.
And if you are uncomfortable about sleeping with a guy, just let him arouse himself with movies, magazines, watching you and your partner, etc... and right before he finishes let him enter you. Since finger insertion almost never works.
I got to hear all abou this from my buddies sister, so I have an understanding of it.
Good luck with whatever you decide!

Life is all about choices and the consequences of each choice.
Nature made it possible to have a child through the interaction of a man and a woman. Not any other way. Science as provided alternatives but they are very expensive.
If you do have sex with a man in order to get pregnant you give that man certain rights to your child. Something you need to consider before doing so.
All I can say is weight your options carefully and realize this isn't just your life that your decision affects but the life of an innocent child.

hun, you're 21 years old. Why don't you grow up a little before you take on the responsibility of having a child. And if you really cared, adopt. They need a family more than bringing yet another child into this over-populated world.

if u do have sex w/a man u will be cheating on ur partner even if she says its ok. deep down she will feel hurt and betrayed. the only other way would be artificial insemenation and that probably costs a pretty penny. but good luck. and by the way im straight but im sure if u had sex w/a man ur partner would end up leaving.

I'm not volunteering but here's what you might want to try.
have sex with your girlfriend and leave the guy outside the room to join you later. when you are on top of your girlfriend have her motion him in. he can mount you and due to the extreme turn on of being with two women it won't take him long to finish. when he does he leaves the room and you can pretend it was all a dream (unless you liked it). repeat this every other day from the 10th day you start your period until the 20th day. It could happen right away or it could take a month or two.
if it takes longer than two months find a new sperm donor. I'd love to volunteer but my wife would kill me.

I wouldn't want to be the kid with 2 moms. Alot of gay and lesbian people aren't considering what that kids life is gonna be like. I think it's selfish. But why do i care, this world's going to sh*# anyway.

there is truly no medical data that sexuality is inherited. are not gay human beings born from heterosexual moms and dads (enable's assume that the overall public of instantly couples are somewhat instantly persons). Homoseuxal moms and dads elevating children might want to impression the baby's tendency to attempt - yet received't somewhat reason them to be of a sexual orientation diverse than in the journey that that they had instantly moms and dads.
