All angiosperms produce fruits with seeds in them.

Of vascular plants there are angiosperms and gymnosperms. Gymnosperms have cones instead of fruit and non vascular plants produce spores or exposed seeds. There are many types of fruits including nut, drupe, berry, pepo, legume, grain, etc.

Seedless is generally because the plants have been bred to abort the embryos before they develop into mature seeds.

The only plants that do not have fruits with seeds are those that are specially grown to be seedless, like seedless grapes or oranges.Fruuit s with seeds are their way to reproduce. Pine trees are gymnosperms which means that they have naked seeds. Pines/evergreens do not have fruits. Seedless plants are reproduced by grafting. There are thousands of fruiting plants.
