The right side of my lower back has been hurting for a couple of weeks now. I'm only in my teens so its not old age! It only really hurts though when i bend down or do other stuff. What could this be?

If it only hurts when you bend or move, I would suspect a muscle strain. But it could also be a bulging or herniated spinal disc. This can happen even with seemingly harmless movements and even to people who are young. Best idea is to go get checked by an MD.
