Wine, grape juice, red cool aid, for food i'd say oily foods like french fries theres a fruit called pomegranite (indian apple) when u peel them you eat these little seeds with juice around them the juice in them stains!

Chocolate
Black Cherry anything
Rasberry anything
Most any red drink
Actually anything red especially dark red
blueberry anything
most any dark colored berry will make a natural die stain
Coffee and dark teas

I had a red curry stain on a t-shirt before. Took forever and a lot of bleach to get that stuff off.
